General
We specialize in custom laser engraving, cutting, and 3D printing across materials such as wood, metal, leather, acrylic, and ceramics. Every piece is crafted in-house with precision and care.
Yes, we ship across Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. If you're location is not avialable at check out, please contact us to see if we can figure out an solution.
No. We operate from a private working studio and are not open to the public. Appointments are required for pickups, drop-offs, or consultations.
Orders & Customization
Yes, you may provide your own item for engraving. We will advise on its suitability; however, responsibility for material compatibility remains with the customer. We strongly recommend supplying an additional sample piece for test engraving prior to production.
We can assist with simple layouts and formatting at no additional cost. If a design requires extensive revisions or more complex work, a design fee may apply—this will always be discussed and agreed upon in advance. For fully custom or unique designs, please reach out, as pricing varies depending on complexity.
Yes. You can:
- Upload your file, or
- Provide a font name (e.g. from Google Fonts) along with a link.
If the design is not “laser-ready,” additional preparation fees may apply. Please contact us for clarification.
Yes. We provide a mockup for approval before production on most custom orders.
Yes — standard engraving is included and crafted in-house, unless otherwise stated. All pricing is clearly communicated for full transparency.
Yes. Most items are made to order and can be personalized with text, logos, or designs.
Production & Timing
Production begins only after design approval (if requested) and full payment have been received.
Yes, depending on workload. Please contact us before ordering for priority requests. Customer satisfaction is our priority.
Production times depend on current workload. During peak or festive periods, please allow an additional up to 3 days.
Basic engraving can be completed in as little as 24 hours, while fully custom-made products may take up to 7 days, depending on material availability.
Products & Materials
No. Natural material variations and coatings affect final appearance.
No. Laser engraving is permanent and not printed.
Engraving results vary by material:
- Metal → usually light grey/white or dark gray.
- Wood → darker burn effect or a emboss effect. depends on wood and machine used.
- Coated items → engraving removes the top layer and reveals the underneath layer.
No color is available in engraving nor garanteed.
